Description
Participants will explore the principles of behavior management to increase motivation, engagement, and rigor in the classroom. Objectives include understanding the scientific principles of behavior management and their replicability, identifying best practices in behavior management to apply them to the classroom, exploring best practices in a virtual classroom, creating a behavior management plan, and creating a self-discipline and accountability system to ensure consistent implementation of a behavior management plan.
